The Board of Directors
The board is responsible for developing the organization’s mission and vision, identifying strategies, setting policy and evaluating results. The board monitors the strategic and financial performance of the organization, the performance of the president, and its own performance as a governing body, and acts to improve the organization for the future.
The Measurement and Reporting Committee
Known as the MARC, this committee recommends measurement priorities and specficiations to the board, as well as guiding principles or policies for public reporting of measure results.
The Quality Audit Committee
This committee ensures credible and reliable information by reviewing MNCM’s data auditing processes. In addition, this committee is collaborating with the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI) to manage a shared conflict of interest process.
