The 2017 Health Equity of Care Report deepens our understanding of health care disparities in Minnesota with results segmented by race and Hispanic ethnicity and comparable medical group reporting of seven quality measures and five patient experience ratings. The seven quality measures are: Adolescent Mental Health and/or Depression Screening, Pediatric Preventive Care:  Overweight Counseling, Optimal Diabetes Care, Optimal Vascular Care, Optimal Asthma Care for Adults, Optimal Asthma Care  for Children and Colorectal Cancer Screening. The Adolescent Mental Health and/or Depression Screening and Adolescent Overweight Counseling measures were new in the 2016 Health Equity of Care Report.
