Statewide Quality Reporting

Effective January 1, 2010, all physician clinics in Minnesota are required to submit data on measures to be publicly reported to the Commissioner of Health, under Minnesota Statutes 62U.02.  Minnesota Community Measurement (MNCM) is collecting this information for the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).

The Minnesota Department of Health is currently reviewing the Quality Rule and recommended measures for 2011 submission, as part of an annual process.  To see the physician clinic, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center measures which were recommended by MNCM for 2011, please click here. Keep in mind, these measures have not yet been formally accepted by MDH.
