“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
— John Quincy Adams

As a collaboration-based nonprofit organization, MNCM draws expertise and direction from a diverse group of leaders who represent a variety of health care stakeholders, including the public. We deeply appreciate the time and commitment of the people listed here, who help to make MNCM the trusted source for health care quality information in Minnesota.

Key contributors include the following:

The Board of Directors

The board is responsible for developing the organization’s mission and vision, identifying strategies, setting policy and evaluating results. The board monitors the strategic and financial performance of the organization, the performance of the president, and its own performance as a governing body, and acts to improve the organization for the future.

The Measurement and Reporting Committee

Known as the MARC, this committee recommends measurement priorities and specficiations to the board, as well as guiding principles or policies for public reporting of measure results.

The Quality Audit Committee

This committee ensures credible and reliable information by reviewing MNCM’s data auditing processes. In addition, this committee is collaborating with the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI) to manage a shared conflict of interest process.
