2013 Minnesota Asthma Alliance Meeting
Join the 2013 Minnesota Asthma Alliance Meeting on Wednesday, October 23. Health care leaders from across the state will come to listen, learn, and offer new perspectives on how to optimize asthma care. View the agenda at www.health.state.mn.us/asthma.
Online registration is now open.
Asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases in the United States, and continues to be a serious public health problem here in Minnesota. Currently in Minnesota, an estimated 1 in 14 (90,000) children and 1 in 13 adults (300,000) have asthma. Work is still needed to improve the health of Minnesotans with asthma, in terms of both asthma awareness, education, and individual daily asthma control.
Registration is free and includes lunch and refreshments. Please register early, as space is limited. Registration will be closed on Thursday, October 17. If you are not able to attend, please contact Janis Smith, at email@example.com or call 651-201-5893.
