World renowned explorer Ann Bancroft will share tales from the trails, tundra, and now the rivers of the world on September 15 at the 2016 MN Community Measurement (MNCM) Annual Seminar. A limited number of registrations remain, those wishing to attend are urged to act fast.

- Stephen Nelson, M.D., of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, on race, racism and health inequity and what we can do about it;
- Experts discuss measuring, screening and impacting adolescent depression and mental health;
- Plus, there will be breakout sessions to provide practical, hands-on information about how to use MNCM data on cost, quality, health disparities and measurement to affect change in individual practices.
